Mission Statement
The California Young Democrats of Kern County's mission is to develop, support and sustain a network of local young Democrats in their efforts to raise the awareness of pressing issues and help to mold the future of the Democratic Party.
Purpose
Founded in 2011 by Steven Vogel and other energized young Democrats throughout Kern County, the Kern County Young Democrats serves as the premeire organization for young Democratic professionals throughout Kern County. We are committed to serving as an advocate for the core Democratic ideals and priorities, helping to raise awareness of and support (campaign support, monetarily, etc) young Democrats seeking political office on the local, state, and federal level.
